Idrissa Laouali (born September 11, 1983 in Niger) is a Nigerien football midfielder who plays for ASFA Yennenga in the Burkinabé Premier League and formerly for Burkianbe club Rail Club du Kadiogo and AS-FNIS in Niger. He played with AS-FNIS by African Club Competitions 2003. He is a member of the Niger national football team presented his team by Tournoi de l'UEMOA 2007. His nickname is Pele. He is the captain of the national team.
